1. Scope of Services

Green Functional Nutrition provides functional nutrition counseling and education services. We distinguish between two primary service models:

• 1-on-1 Counseling: Specialized clinical nutrition support available only to residents of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington due to state licensing and diagnostic requirements.
• Group Programs: Nutrition education and lifestyle guidance available to clients nationwide. These programs are educational in nature and do not constitute clinical treatment.

2. No Medical Advice

The information provided on this website and during our sessions/programs is for educational and nutritional support purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Jurisdictional Limits

By using our 1-on-1 services, you represent that you are a resident of Idaho, Oregon, or Washington. If you are located outside these states, you are eligible only for our Group Programs.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

All appointments are booked through Practice Better. Please refer to our specific cancellation and refund policies provided during the booking process on their platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and program materials, is the property of Green Functional Nutrition and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without our express written consent.
