Why Group Programs Work
There is something that happens when you are not doing this alone. Progress tends to come faster. Habits are easier to build when there is accountability. And knowing that others are navigating the same challenges — that matters more than most people expect going in.
Marianne's group programs are intentionally small. Every cohort is capped so the group feels like a community rather than a crowd, and so Marianne can give each participant real attention.
All programs are conducted virtually, which means you can join from anywhere in the country.
The Nourish Program
A 7-week anti-inflammatory nutrition and lifestyle program.
Nourish is Marianne's signature group program. Over seven weeks, participants work through an anti-inflammatory nutrition framework alongside a small group of like-minded people — with Marianne guiding every session live.
This is not a diet program. It is a structured experience designed to help you understand how food and lifestyle choices affect the way your body feels, and to build habits you can actually sustain.
What is Covered:
- Anti-inflammatory nutrition principles and how to apply them in real life
- Foods and habits that contribute to inflammation — and how to address them
- Blood sugar, energy, and how the two are connected
- Gut health basics and the role of the microbiome
- Sleep, stress, and lifestyle factors that affect how you feel
- How to build sustainable habits without a restrictive approach
Optional functional lab testing is available as an add-on for participants who want a more personalized look at what is driving their symptoms.

Prenatal Nutrition Class
A focused group class covering the nutrition essentials for a healthy pregnancy. Marianne cuts through the noise to give expectant mothers clear, practical guidance on what actually matters during pregnancy.
Topics include nutrient needs by trimester, common pregnancy nutrition concerns, foods to prioritize, and how to manage energy and digestion throughout.
Blood Sugar Management Class
A 3-week virtual group class designed to help you understand and stabilize your blood sugar through diet and lifestyle — without another restrictive diet.
Topics include how different foods and habits affect blood sugar, common mistakes people make when trying to manage it on their own, and practical tools for building more stability into your daily life.

Live Events and Workshops
Marianne regularly presents at community events, medical offices, and wellness workshops throughout the Boise area. These are a great way to experience her teaching style before committing to a program.
